At the local participating bowling club.
‘Final Series’ - (Term 4 Week 3 - October)
This is a 'round robin’ format … not a ‘knock-out’ event.
(Manager’s Information and Draw distributed 1st September)
Finals Held at selected host bowling clubs.
To enter:
An invitation is extended to all Stage 3 (Year 5 & Year 6) students to represent their school - A sport where ‘everyone can play’ - A non-contact sport that is fun - yet skilful - A local ‘inter-school’ lawn bowls competition.
Form teams x 3 players … any year any gender combination. Students MUST join a weekly bowls sport period during Term 1 … and / or … Term 2 or attend practice - ‘after-school’ - at a local bowling club.
TO APPLY:
Sport organisers / Teachers / Parent(s) - contact the local club’s Bowls President or Bowls Coordinator to arrange a suitable sport period or ‘after-school’ coaching and training with coaches and club mentors - all with - WWCC ‘working with children’ accreditation.
